Sunshine Cafe

Glen Eden is a membership club and is affiliated with AANR, the American Association for Nude Recreation. AANR offers many benefits to its members. More importantly, AANR serves as an advocate for nudist rights across the country and as a uniting force among the nudist community. Check out AANR’s informative website at www.AANR.com. Click on the logo to the right to visit AANR West’s website, which will tell you all about AANR’s western regional activities.

Glen Eden is Southern California’s premier clothes-free resort and RV park that can be enjoyed on a day visit, overnight, or for an entire vacation. Sound expensive? It’s not, and first time visitors get in free (with coupon that can be obtained on the First-Time Visitors page), so you’ve got nothing to lose (except your shirt, literally).

Think you could never be in a clothes-free state with others around? Think again, because that’s what most people say before they visit Glen Eden. Then they fall in love with it. Like the bumper sticker says, “If God wanted us to be naked, we would have been born that way.”

Like feeling the sun on your body?

So does the California Poppy.

And it’s in full bloom at Glen Eden.

“Women’s overly critical views about their  bodies have led to a proliferation of books on the subject. All I had to do was experience Glen Eden and I was instantly healed.”

- Spoken by a 33-year-old female on her second visit to Glen Eden -

Women aren’t the only ones who may be apprehensive upon their first visit to a naturist resort such as Glen Eden. Men feel it too. In addition to any body self-consciousness they may have, they often are not entirely sure how they will be able to physically handle a clothes-free environment. But they soon come to realize that seeing people doing normal activities in a clothes-free fashion is actually less tantalizing than the mystique created when people wear clothes. Take the clothes off and there goes the mystique—and the accompanying curiosity goes out the door along with it. Soon, it feels more natural, and much more relaxing, to be in a clothes-free environment than a “textile” one. That’s why, if you REALLY want to escape from the rigors of your everyday routine, Glen Eden is the place to be.
