Join one of our yoga classes M-F at 8:45AM. Our teachers cater to all levels and abilities - you’re sure to find one just right for you.

Zumba
Get fit and learn some new moves for the dance floor, all while getting some cardio in:. Classes are held on Tues, Thurs & Sun at 10AM.

Strength Training
Using weights in a class setting just makes strength training so much more fun! Join us every Mon, Wed & Fri at 10AM.

Fitness Center
Located at Connett Circle, our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Make use of our circuit machines, free weights, or cardio equipment.

Meditation
Join us every Monday morning from 7:30-8AM in the Oak Grove as we explore different meditation techniques each week. (Winter meditation is held in the lounge.)

Par Course
Increase your happiness and reduce stress by exercising in our beautiful outdoor Par Course at Connett Circle. Check the calendar for meet-ups, too.

Water Aerobics
This is a great low-impact aerobic class! Join us M, W, F for a fun, effective class at 11AM. And yes, the pools are heated! (Check the calendar for pool location.)

This well-loved sacred space is perfect for those in a contemplative state. Spend time alone or with the community during one of our wellness events.
